Thanks Summer Terri responded to my request for a quote the same day. The work was carried out a week or so later. The task was to humanely remove doves from underneath our solar panels and then apply protective mesh around the outside.
Two men arrived to carry out the work. They were polite and professional, explaining exactly how the work would be carried out. They brought their own scaffolding tower. Work was completed to a high standard and took around four hours. I’m happy to recommend this company and will certainly use them again, should the need arise. Many thanks.

Thank you I contacted a number of pest removal services and Terri and Dave were one of the first to respond. Their communication was professional, personable and timely. In fact - second to none. I contacted them at 9am, and they were with me by 12noon on the same day (despite being located the furthest away). We were unsure whether the pest problem was wasps, hornets or bees, and Dave took the time to explain and wait to see which pest it was. Once we saw a wasp he took to task immediately and has got rid of them. Customer service, outcome and value for money. Would highly reccomend and use them again!

Had a nasty surprise when I found a wasp nest tucked under the roof tiles! Gave EradiControl a ring and Terri and Dave came out the same day. Super friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. The whole thing was sorted in no time and we’ve had no wasps since. Fast, friendly, and hassle-free — brilliant service all round!

I can’t thank Terri and Dave enough. We’d been having issues with pigeons nesting under our solar panels for months, and it was starting to cause damage and block our gutters. They were so kind, explained what needed doing, and carried out the work to a really high standard. The panels are now fully protected and everything looks great. They even cleaned up all the droppings and mess left behind. Such a relief to have it sorted!

They cleared my loft and guttering and then put up mesh netting to stop the birds getting back in...very happy with the work done . Would definitely recommend
We had an issue with rodents getting into the kitchen and it was starting to really stress us out. Terri and Dave came round promptly and were so reassuring. Terri and Dave was absolutely fantastic when dealing with my issue at the property, clearly set expectations with me given i was a terrance property and was completely transparent throughout. I was very impressed with this company. I had a moth problem which was dealt with very quickly and explained very clearly what they were going to do as I had cats and a dog. The price was very competitive and I would use them again
I had been trying to deal with silver fish myself for a few weeks when a friend suggested I called Terri . Dave came out to treat the same day at a very reasonable price , I'm now only finding a few dead ones , they have assured me they will stop soon.

Highly recommend !!! they put spikes to stop seagulls nesting again next year. Removed lots of seagull debris. They left no mess and were very quick with the job. 10/10

We have had Teri come out to our residence on several occasions. Living close to the river, we've faced an ongoing issue with spiders and mice. Teri has been instrumental in helping us manage that. We had an issue with rats in our attic and under our floor, and after contacting Eradicontrol, they came out straight away and knew exactly what the issue was and how to control it.
