Terri and her colleague were great. The work carried out was completed to a very high standard and at a much lower price than the other quotes I received. Terri called me back the same day to discuss the job , sent a quote through the following day and fully explained the whole proceed , filling me with great confidence, she also gave me advice on another pest issue I have . Would highly recommend Eradicontrol and if I ever have any future pest control issue she will be my go to company.
I telephoned a couple of local companies who never got back to me. Terri replied promptly and asked me sensible questions on the initial call. She then came out promptly the next day and approximately once a week over nearly a month to check the traps and remove the dead mice from my property and the neighbouring one. She was friendly and efficient and I would recommend her to anyone with a pest problem. Also her pricing quote was much more reasonable than other national companies.
After noticing droppings in my elderly parents loft and hearing the patter of paws in the night, I sent a txt to Terri from this company at 2:am! She was on the phone by 7:am and a visit was secured for a couple of days later. She was such a lovely person to deal with and very knowledgeable. She reassured me that she would explain each step to my parents as I couldn’t be there. She called me before arrival, whilst there and after. My parents felt safe having Terri in their house, she was very respectful. Bait etc left and returning to check progress. Excellent!
I contacted Eradicontrol early on the Sunday morning, having heard and seen rats in my loft. I received a callback the same morning (on a Sunday!).
