On each occasion when we have had concerns (because I really am unhappy about mice and also the problems have arisen from otherapartments) she has turned up very quickly despite having many orders already. Terri responded to my request for a quote the same day. The work was carried out a week or so later. The task was to humanely remove doves from underneath our solar panels and then apply protective mesh around the outside.Two men arrived to carry out the work. They were polite and professional, explaining exactly how the work would be carried out. They brought their own scaffolding tower. Work was completed to a high standard and took around four hours. I’m happy to recommend this company and will certainly use them again, should the need arise. Many thanks.

I contacted a number of pest removal services and Terri and Dave were one of the first to respond. Their communication was professional, personable and timely. In fact - second to none. I contacted them at 9am, and they were with me by 12noon on the same day (despite being located the furthest away). We were unsure whether the pest problem was wasps, hornets or bees, and Dave took the time to explain and wait to see which pest it was. Once we saw a wasp he took to task immediately and has got rid of them. Customer service, outcome and value for money. Would highly reccomend and use them again!
