We had an issue with rodents getting into the kitchen and it was starting to really stress us out. Terri and Dave came round promptly and were so reassuring. They took the time to inspect everything properly, found where the mice were getting in, and set up a treatment plan that worked brilliantly. Within a few visits, the problem was completely sorted and they also gave us really helpful advice to stop it happening again. Terri and Dave were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Really pleased with the bird proofing work done by Terri and Dave. We had birds nesting under our roof tiles and it was getting noisy and messy. Had a wasp nest in the eaves that was getting bigger by the day. Called EradiControl and Terri and Dave came out really quickly. They were both super friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. The nest was dealt with in no time and they made sure it was completely safe before leaving. No more wasps buzzing around, and the whole process was hassle-free. We have had Teri come out to our residence on several occasions. Living close to the river, we've faced an ongoing issue with spiders and mice. Teri has been instrumental in helping us manage that. We had an issue with rats in our attic and under our floor, and after contacting Eradicontrol, they came out straight away and knew exactly what the issue was and how to control it.
